The Fioroni Family, sharecroppers for generations and owners of the well-known Fattoria Poggio Alloro, bought in 2016 a new Agriturismo called Paterno.

Fattoria Poggio Alloro uses its own raised livestock and also many other products including: wine, extra virgin olive oil, saffron, durum wheat pasta, grappa, honey, cold cuts and meat from its Tuscan Chianina cattle.
